After tossing and turning in bed for a while, I realized the reason why I could not sleep. Because there were hardly any pedestrians or cars on the streets in Laramie after 9 p.m. At night, Laramie is a quiet, silent city.

In films, there are always many skyscrapers or tall buildings in American cities.   On the evening I arrived in Laramie, as I rode a car through the streets of downtown for the first time. I lifted my head, prepared to gaze at r tall buildings like those in movies, only to realize I did not need to raise my head. Because there were no skyscrapers in downtown Laramie.
